Rendio is a booking platform for beauty and wellness salons. When searching for and booking a service, the app processes the chosen salon and service, the appointment date and time, and search, session and booking identifiers.
Account and contact
To book, the app asks for the client's name, email and phone number. This information is used to confirm the appointment and allow the salon to contact you. It is sent to the booking API when you confirm the request.
Session and local storage
The app creates an anonymous session token and stores it in the device's secure storage. Search preferences and minimal booking state may also be kept locally to ensure the flow continues.
Payment
Where applicable, payment is presented through a certified payment provider. Card fields are provided by that provider and must never be sent to support.
Recipients and purposes
Data is used to find the requested services, calculate and confirm the appointment, process any payment and answer support requests. It may be shared with the booking API, the payment provider and the salon concerned. It is not used for sale or targeted advertising.
Retention and requests
Local data disappears when the app is deleted, except for copies exported elsewhere. Booking and payment data on the server may be retained to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To request access, rectification or deletion, contact AVG LLC at the role address shown on this page.
Minors and transfers
Services may be booked for a minor by their guardian. Depending on the chosen service, some data may require international processing by the providers concerned.
