When you search or book, GetYourUmrah processes travel cities and dates, party size, selected offers and options, the U.S. state of residence requested for eligibility, and search, session, booking, and payment identifiers.
Travelers and contact
Before booking, the app requests the contact email and phone number and each traveler’s name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and passport expiry date. This information is sent to the booking API when you confirm the request.
Session and local storage
The app creates an anonymous session token and keeps it in secure device storage. Traveler drafts, a minimal payment state, and the digital pass for a confirmed trip may also be kept locally to preserve the booking flow.
Payment
Payment is presented through Stripe PaymentSheet. The app uses a payment identifier and status to confirm the booking; card fields are provided by Stripe and must never be emailed to support.
Recipients and purposes
Data is used to search requested services, price and confirm the trip, process payment, produce travel records, and provide support. It may be sent to the service API, Stripe, and the travel suppliers required for the selected service. It is not intended for sale or targeted advertising.
Retention and requests
Local data is removed when the app is deleted, except for copies exported elsewhere. Server-side booking and payment records may be retained to deliver the trip and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact AVG LLC through the role-based address shown on this page.
Children and international processing
A booking may include a minor traveler’s data when supplied by their guardian. Travel services may require international processing by the suppliers involved.
