Account and profile
Alla Voyages may process the account and profile details you provide, including email, name, phone number, and information required for authentication. Session tokens are kept in secure device storage.
Travelers, bookings, and files
For a request or booking, the app may process selected dates and services, contact details, and each traveler’s name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and passport expiry date. Files, visa requests, and uploaded documents may contain other information required for the requested service.
Camera, notifications, and local storage
Camera access is requested when you choose to scan a passport. Notifications are optional and are used for file updates or reminders you enable. Preferences, favorites, companion progress, and selected caches are kept locally.
Payments
When card payment is offered, the payment interface is provided by Stripe. Alla Voyages uses the identifiers, amounts, and statuses required for booking and payment tracking. Never send a full card number to support.
Contact and companion
Information entered in a contact form is sent to the Alla Voyages service. Messages sent to the companion or concierge are transmitted to the corresponding service to produce the requested response. A notification token may be sent if you enable remote notifications.
Service providers
Data may be processed by Supabase authentication and storage services, Stripe for payments, the Alla Voyages API, the notification service, and the travel suppliers required for a booking. It is not intended for sale.
Retention and rights
Data is retained according to the type of file, delivery of the trip, and applicable legal obligations. Deleting the app removes local data but not records already sent to services. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact AVG LLC through the role-based address shown on this page.
Children and transfers
A travel file may include a minor’s data supplied by their guardian. Delivering a trip may require international transfers to the airlines, hotels, authorities, or other providers involved.
